Position Overview:
As the VP of Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organizational culture, talent acquisition, and HR strategy. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead HR initiatives for a non-profit organization committed to creating meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.
- Implement inclusive hiring practices and strategies to enhance diversity within the organization.
- Utilize your expertise in ADA compliance to ensure accessibility and accommodation in the hiring process.
- Human Resources Strategy:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- System Implementation:
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of HRIS systems.
- Streamline and automate HR processes for increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR systems.
- Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance and support for employee relations issues.
- Work closely with leadership to address and resolve HR-related challenges.
- Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on non-profit organizations.
- Proven experience in recruiting, including a deep understanding of ADA compliance.
- Demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing HRIS systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
