Our Internship Program

Our summer internship program lasts 10-12 weeks beginning in May/June and ending in August/September. We offer a fast-paced, flexible, fun environment where you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects and face new challenges every day.

Location Our program is fully virtual. Interns must remain in the US for the duration of the internship.

What You'll Do

  • Help to collect, consolidate, and map customer engagement data from various company platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the data ecosystem to create a unified view of the customer
  • Meet with stakeholders and define business and technical requirements
  • Collaborate in the design of the target data architecture and integration strategy
  • Assist in the design and possible development of a user-friendly application that enables cross-departmental access to insights
  • Apply a data-centric mindset and understanding of information architecture to analyze trends, identify gaps, and support initiatives for improving data flow and accessibility

Who You'll Work With:

We are the Product Operations & Strategic Initiatives team within the Office of the Chief Technology Officer, providing operational capabilities to the Products organization to ensure effective and efficient delivery to our product, organizational and operational commitments.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • Must be enrolled in BS/MS/PhD degree program. With graduation dates between December 2024-June 2026.

What You'll Bring

  • Knowledge of data storage technologies like databases, data lakes and data warehouse
  • Experience or exposure to understanding of data normalization, indexing, and data relationships.
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms for data engineering tasks
  • Problem-solving skills to handle large and complex datasets efficiently
  • Interest in Analytics, AI, and LLM is a big plus.

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $36.00 - $51.00 Hourly
